    c. make property rent ready upon any vacancy to quickly re-rent the property.


    6. Market the Property for Top Dollar

    a. we pay for all marketing upfront.


    7. Process Fully Automated Online

    a. tenants can apply, submit request repairs & pay their rent online

    b. landlord has access online to view maintenance request, approve work requests & view their statements.
