David has over 10 years of professional administrative experience. He started his professional career in 2004 where he worked in the Lease Administration department of The Men's Wearhouse in the Bay Area. David also spent time as an apartment manager of 12 units in Albuquerque, NM. But ultimately he decided to call San Diego home and he came back to help his family with their start up homecare business where he was involved in recruiting, hiring, operations, accounts receivable, data management, and the administration/creation of procedures.
David joined Lepe Tendwell Properties in March of 2015. Since joining the team he has been involved with the growth of the business and feels his values align with that of the companies goal to give back to the community and help people. David's core values include integrity, honesty, open mindedness, humility, tolerance, altruism, and willingness. David is also committed to self improvement and growth--both personally and professionally; which is why he has returned to school to get a business degree along with his real estate license.
